Approve fiscal year 2021-2022 Juvenile Probation Funding Agreement, as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 in the amount of $909,467.
Background:
The purpose of the allocation for Juvenile Probation is to support the juvenile courts and probation department to achieve or maintain the average juvenile probation case supervision requirement, support supervision activities, and to impact the number of repetitive offenders.
This agreement provides for the following:
Juvenile Intensive Probation Supervision Program (JIPS) $273,848,
Juvenile Standard Probation Program $127,053,
Juvenile Probation Services Fund (JPSF) $168,231,
Diversion Intake $290,105,
Diversion Consequence $50,230.
