Adopt Zoning Ordinance 22-06 to rezone parcel 106-15-021P from R-36 (Residential; one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural; one per four acres), pursuant to the application of Mr. Jarrod Jack and Ms. Karri Jack.

Background:

The parcel was conditionally rezoned from RU-4 to R-36 in 2006 to subdivide the property. The conditions have not been met, and the applicant seeks to revert the zoning to RU-4. Parcel 106-15-021P is located south of Ronald Reagan Pkwy. in the Babocamari. 
 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Provide a letter to the applicant and update the zoning map.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The property will remain conditionally zoned R-36, requiring a subdivision before permit issuance for a single-family residence.
