Approve a Series #13 (Farm Winery) new liquor license application submitted by Mr. Thomas Paul Messier, for Omphalos Winery, located at 6107 E. Cattle Drive, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Background:
Mr. Thomas Paul Messier has applied for a Series #13 (Farm Winery) liquor license for Omphalos Winery, located at 6107 E Cattle Drive, Willcox, AZ 85643. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Health Department will notify the applicant that he will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business. Development Services recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Mr. Messier has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
