Adopt Zoning Ordinance 22-20 to approve Docket R-22-02 -Definitions, an amendment to the Cochise County Zoning Regulations.
Background:
Docket R-22-02 is a staff-initiated amendment to the Cochise County Zoning Regulations Article 2, Definitions. This amendment to the Zoning Regulations will remove regulations from the definition section of the code and place them into more appropriate locations. The regulations themselves are not changing.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of approval to the Board.

Staff will update the Zoning Regulations and the associated permit for Home Occupations.
