Adopt the amended tax rate and levy for the High Knoll Ranches Road Improvement and Maintenance District as set forth in the attached Exhibit.
Background:
The County Board of Supervisors adopted the tax rates and levies for Cochise County Taxing Entities on August 15, 2022. The High Knoll Ranches Road Improvement and Maintenance District initially submitted a budget levying no tax, resulting in a rate of zero and levy of zero. However, the district later submitted a budget requesting a levy of $21,800, resulting in a rate of 3.0265. The revised exhibits reflect the updated tax rate and levy.
