Reappoint Mr. Philip Isaacson to the Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board (BCAAB) for an additional term that will expire on September 25, 2025.
Background:
Mr. Isaacson was appointed to the BCAAB in December 2015 and has served two terms. His reappointment to the Green Building general contractor position is for an additional term that will expire on September 25, 2025. The BCAAB unanimously recommend approval of his reappointment at their August 31, 2022 board meeting.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Following a successful appointment, staff will notify Mr. Isaacson of his reappointment.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Should this reappointment not be approved; the Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board will lack a Green Building general contractor board member.
