Agenda Item Text:
Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) CTR060579, Immunization Services, between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health & Social Services, effective July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027, for reimbursement of services up to $118,619.
Background:
IGA CTR0060579 is a fee for service contract that reimburses CCHSS for immunization services provided to our community members who are eligible for the Vaccine for Children and Vaccine for Adult programs. This grant allows us to provide immunization services to these individuals at no cost to them.

Your approvals are respectfully requested.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
This funding allows CCHSS to provide protective immunizations for community members who otherwise would not be able to receive them. The funding source is CDC-RFA-IP19-1901, immunizations vaccines for children passed through AzDHS. Without this funding CCHSS would not have resources to provide the preventative services identified above.
