Adopt Resolution 23-05 amending Resolution 13-36 to correct errors in the Environmental Health Sanitary Code, effective January 24, 2023.
Background:
Resolution 13-36 was approved on November 5, 2013, and there are areas that need to be updated and corrected to reflect the current Food Code and align with ADHS (Arizona Department of Health Services) Delegation Agreement and Arizona Administrative Code Title 9 Chapter 8. This resolution will amend resolution 13-36 with the outlined changes.

Upon approval the amending resolution will be posted on the website.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, our Environmental Health Sanitary Code will continue to be out of date and contain errors.
