Approve Series #9 (Liquor Store) location/owner transfer liquor license application submitted by Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz, for Beverage House, located at 67 E. Highway 82, Huachuca City, AZ 85616.
Background:
Ms. Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz has applied for a Series #9 (Liquor Store) liquor license for Beverage House, located at 67 E. Highway 82, Huachuca City, AZ 85616. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department will notify the applicant of required proper permits and licensing to operate a convenience store.
Ms. Andrea Dahlman Lewkowitz paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
