Approve Agreement with the Cochise County Recorder (Recorder) for Election Services, effective upon recording with the Recorder's Office through December 31, 2024.
Background:
Pursuant to direction from the Board at its February 14, 2023 meeting, the attached agreement would delegate administrative responsibility for election duties to the Recorder.

Obtain Recorder's signature and record fully-executed agreement.
