Approve First Amendment to Option for Sublicense Agreement between Elfrida Fire District, Cochise County, and T- Mobile West, LLC, to add a generator on Elfrida Fire District's Property and increase the payment to Elfrida Fire District by $350 per month.

Background:

The initial agreement between Cochise County and Elfrida Fire District was approved and signed in September 2017, and the option for a Sub-license agreement between Cochise County, Elfrida Fire District and T-Mobile was signed in November 2017.  This amendment is to add a generator on Elfrida Fire District's Property and increase the payment to Elfrida Fire District by $350 per month.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Provide signed copy of agreement to T-Moble and Elfrida Fire District.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

T-Mobile will not be able to install a backup generator and Elfrida Fire District will not receive the increased monthly payments.
