Approve Series 10 (Beer and Wine Store) new liquor license application submitted by Jack Cullum, for 1036 E. Eastland Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Jack Cullum has applied for a Series 010 (Beer and Wine Store) liquor license for Cullums Country Cupboard, located at 1036 E. Eastland Road, Pearce, AZ 85626. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has no concerns with the liquor license request. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
