Approve Series 13 (Farm Winery) new liquor license application submitted by Alexander C. King, for Cactus Cru, located at 10350 E. Sunrise Drive, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Alexander King has applied for a Series 13 (Farm Winery) liquor license for Cactus Cru, located at 10350 E. Sunrise Drive, Pearce, AZ 85625 Sheriff's Office has recommended approval of the application. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Mr. Alexander King has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting Documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
