Adopt Resolution 24-01 authorizing the use of Emergency Voting Locations for the Presidential Preference Election on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Background:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-411 (B) (5) the legislature has granted the Board of Supervisors the authority to authorize the use of Emergency Voting Centers. The Resolution adopted by the Board must specify the location and the hours of operation of the emergency voting centers.
The attached Resolution establishes emergency voting for Monday, March 18, 2024, at the Cochise County Recorder's Office, 1415 Melody Lane, Building B, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
