Approve change order to contract 24-01-SWD-01, previously approved by the Board on July 25, 2023, to increase contract amount from $3,181,659.61 to $3,305,120.44 for additional work on excavation and liner material.
Background:
Cell 5 construction was previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on 7/25/2023.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Public Works will request a change order to modify the current purchase order and submit it to procurement.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The construction of cell 5 will not be completed.
