Approve a new license application for a Class A Bingo license submitted by Ms. Amanda Salas, Mescall Bar and Grill II, LLC, located at 70 N. Cherokee Trail, Benson, AZ 85602.
Background:
Ms. Amanda Salas has applied for a Bingo License located at 70 N. Cherokee Trail, Benson, AZ 85602. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in fully for the 2023 tax year. The Planning and Zoning Department has no issues with the approval of this license. The Health Department has no concerns with the granting of this license. This establishment is currently under a permit to operate with this division.
Ms. Salas has paid the $5.00 process fee. Support documentation regarding this Bingo license is attached.
