Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 1: Miracle Valley Bible College Cleanup, in the amount of up to $70,000.
Background:
Vice-Chairman Crosby has submitted for approval: a community enhancement fund request to continue cleanup efforts at the Miracle Valley Bible College for up to $70,000. This will prepare the property for the Board of Supervisors' annual Tax Deed Land sale auction. The funds will be used to remove trash and debris and demolish and remove four buildings, including the shower and laundry building, boys' dorm, girls' dorm, and tabernacle (excluding the dome).

Release funds for project.
