Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 3: Benson Dog Kennel Capacity Improvements, in the amount of $48,571.
Background:
Supervisor Judd submitted for approval: Additional dog kennel pads are needed at the Benson Animal Shelter for the City to enter an Intergovernmental Agreement with the County for sheltering services. The City is providing in-kind support for this project. The attached quote from D. Fenn Enterprises details the work that will be done.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The City of Benson will not have enough space for County ACOs to drop off animals and the County will continue to be limited to only Douglas and Willcox.
