Approved Contract 24-19-TRE-01, Banking Services with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew through June 30, 2029.

Background:

The Cochise County Treasurer worked with Procurement in Releasing Request for Proposal 24-19-TRE-01, Banking Services for Public Solicitation.
The due date for Proposals was April 5, 2024. Three proposals were received. The Treasurer's Office evaluated all proposals, selecting Wells Fargo Bank to be awarded the contract. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Issue Purchase Order to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and begin implementation of banking services.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The current banking contract expires on June 30, 2024. Without award of this contract, the County will not have a banking services provider.
