Agenda Item Text:
Adopt Resolution 24-08 to approve Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Family Counseling Funding Agreement, as provided by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), in the amount of $11,986 and the required $2,997 matching funds, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
Background:
Juvenile Probation receives this funding from the AOC, and together with the matching funds from Cochise County, can provide counseling services for families that would otherwise not be able to pay for services.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Juvenile Probation will send all signed documents to the AOC for processing of revenue for FY25.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
No funding for family counseling services to families within Cochise County.
