Approve grant of ingress, egress and regress easement for construction access to the United States through the General Services Administration to the new Douglas Port of Entry.
Background:
Government Services Agency is building a new Commercial Port of Entry west of the City of Douglas. To provided construction access they need to cross county Parcel APN 40843008A along the border. This ingress, egress and regress is to support the construction of the new Port of Entry.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide copy of recorded easement to GSA.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
GSA would not have access to construct the new Commercial Port of Entry.
