Adopt Resolution 24-25 authorizing the donation of land, parcel number 103-62-092, to the City of Bisbee without public auction pursuant to A.R.S 11-251(9).
Background:
Cochise County owns parcel 103-62-092, which totals approximately 0.10 acres and is located in the City of Bisbee incorporated limits. Cochise County does not have a use for the property, which is currently being used for parking. A county, with the unanimous consent of the board and without a public auction, may transfer any county property to any other duly constituted governmental entity, including the state, cities, towns, and other counties.
