Approve an updated 911Cellular Agreement, part of the Master Services Agreement with Navigate360, LLC, and the Cochise County School Superintendent for security monitoring services at all county public and charter schools, through June 30, 2026.

Background:

The School Safety Program, a $1,500,000 grant agreement between Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and Cochise County, was approved at the 5/23/23 Board of Supervisor's meeting. Navigate360 was the vendor chosen by county school districts to provide this service and the Master Services Agreement was approved at the 7/11/23 Board of Supervisors meeting.  One of the platforms' services, 911Cellular, provides panic buttons with a cellular 911 interface (911Cellular). 911Cellular has updated their end user license agreement which needs to be signed in order to continue using the service. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

If approved, all county public and charter schools will continue using the 911Cellular service uninterrupted. 

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

If the updated agreement is not signed, we will lose the interoperability between county PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points) and the wearable panic buttons, which is needed to fulfill the grant funding requirement.

After the "911 Cellular Entity End User License Agreement" document is signed by the Board Chair, please return one original to the County Schools Office.
