Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-18 to rezone tax parcel 410-07-427B from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to R-9 (Residential District, one dwelling per 9,000 square feet) pursuant to the application of Trystan Trenberth.

Background:

The County received a request from Trystan Trenberth (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 410-07-427B from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to R-9 (Residential District, one dwelling per 9,000 square feet) for a manufactured home subdivision. The property totals about 15 acres and is located at the southwest corner of Primrose Street and Lincoln Avenue near Douglas.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The parcel will remain R-36 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of the R-36 zoning district.
