Approve Lease Agreement Renewal 9 between Cochise County and Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, for leased space at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport, effective May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, in the amount of $1,500 per month.
Background:
The contractor will supply temporary aircraft shelters, mobile office and work space, FAA approved antennas and various other operational equipment. All equipment required for this testing has been approved by the FAA.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide the lease agreement to Northrop Grumman for signature.

Loss of revenue.
