Approve the updated Cochise County organizational chart reflecting the current reporting structure and departmental organization under the County Administrator.

Background:

The Cochise County organizational chart serves as a formal representation of the County’s administrative structure, delineating the reporting relationships between the Board of Supervisors, the County Administrator, appointed department directors, elected officials, and operational units.

The proposed update to the organizational chart reflects the current administrative alignment of departments and functional areas under the County Administrator, as clarified in Resolution 25-___, adopted concurrently. It outlines the distinction between departments under the operational control of the County Administrator and those under the authority of elected officials, while recognizing collaborative administrative functions supported by the County Administrator's Office.
