The county received a Special Use Authorization request from Eduardo Hinojos (applicant) to allow a contract construction yard for large truck parking on 4-acres located on the east side of N. Kings Highway approximately 300’ north of W. Fimbres Road (APN 407-34-066F). The property is undeveloped and zoned RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The applicant proposes parking up to six large trucks on the property with trucks departing the site at 5am and returning at 3pm Monday through Friday.
