Approve a new liquor license application for a series #10 (beer & wine store) liquor license submitted by Mr. David W. Thompson for PJ's Travel Center located at 1275 Business Loop 366 & I10 Bowie, 85605.
Background:
Mr. David W. Thompson has applied for a series #10 (beer & wine store) liquor license for PJ's Travel Center located at 1275 Business Loop 366 & I10 Bowie, 85605. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division that they have no objections to issuing a liquor license to Mr. David W. Thompson. The Treasurer's Office noted that the property taxes for the location are not current. Mr. Peter Cimino has advised the Board Staff that PJ's Travel Center LLC is not the owner of the parcel.
Mr. David W. Thompson and Mr. Peter Cimino have paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
