Approve the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) Drug, Gang and Violent Crime Control Grant Agreement in the amount of $158,957 between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Cochise County for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
Background:
The Drug, Gang and Violent Crime Control Program Grant funds one full time attorney and 50% of one other senior attorney who prosecute drug and violent crimes.
Fiscal Impact & Funding Sources: The amount awarded this year is $158,957 with a match of $31,791.

Once approved by the Board, the Department will forward the paperwork to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission for their final approval, signature and funding.
