Approve the revised Cochise County Organization Chart.
Background:
Revisions on this revised org chart include the new (combined) Fleet Services Department (formed of the Light Fleet and the Heavy Fleet Departments); addition of designations for single-person "departments": Indigent Defense Coordinator, Emergency Services Coordinator, Community Development Liaison, Financial Services Manager and the Grants Administrator.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Update the organization chart on the County homepage.

The current organization chart will not be updated to reflect new changes.
