Background:
The Agent for Villa del Sol of Benson, LP (parcels 123-43-006 & 123-43-007) argues that the Full Cash Value for the year 2009 should be corrected to $518,037 from $1,622,675. His arguement is based on the income approach. The agent has also withdrawn claims for 2010, 2011, and 2012
