Approve an application for temporary Extension of Premises liquor license submitted by Mr. Leonel A. Urcadez for Gay 90's Bar located at 3856 S. Towner Street in Naco for an event to be held May 6-7, 2011.
Background:
Mr. Leonel A. Urcadez has applied for a temporary Extension of Premises liquor license for the Gay 90’s Bar located at 3856 S. Towner in Naco. The requested date for the Extension of Premises is May 6-7, 2011.
Mr. Urcadez is requesting the above dates to host a special event. The Sheriff’s Office and Planning and Zoning have approved the application. In addition, the applicants applied for a commercial permit to close the street for this event. That application has been reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Department and the permit has been approved. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
