Appoint Mr. Carlos De La Torre, P.E. as the Cochise County Zoning Inspector to provide official sanction for him to take action (authorized by the Zoning Regulations) to ensure compliance with or to prevent violations of the Zoning Regulations; the Zoning Inspector is defined as the Planning Director or duly authorized representative, who together with his or her duly authorized representatives, are tasked with enforcing the provisions of the County's Zoning Regulations.  
 
6.
Approve a contract amendment to Contract No. 07-31-HFP-2A with A.G.E Contracting, Inc. adding the Dragoon County-owned Pit to the list of County-owned Pits to be used for Crushing Aggregate.

Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Cochise County and Pearce-Sunsites Fire District allowing the District to locate a repeater station at Cooper Peak, in exchange for several services from the District that will be made available to Cochise County law enforcement and emergency response personnel.

Accept an adjustment to a sub-grant agreement from the Department of Homeland Security- Stone Garden grant 08-AZDOHS-OPSG-444433-03, effective October 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011, providing an additional amount of $23,689.84 (from $53,543.44 to $77,233.28); this money is in addition to funds awarded with the original grant application which was approved by the Board on October 26, 2010.

Adopt Zoning Ordinance 11-02 (Docket Z-11-01), conditionally amending the Zoning District classification for Parcel 206-21-194B from SR-43 (Single-Household Residential, minimum lot size one-acre) to RU-4 (Rural, minimum lot size four-acres), with the two conditions recommended in the staff memorandum.
