Adopt Resolution 13-30 granting Southwest Gas Corporation a Franchise for Cochise County in its entirety for 25 years from September 24, 2013.
Background:
Southwest Gas worked with the CAO to come up with a Resolution that benefits both entities. They have pais the $500 non-refundable application fee. and filed the Franchise application.

Sign and record the Resolution
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Southwest Gas will not have a valid franchise and therefore not be able to apply for a right-of-way permit to work in the County's streers, alleys, or highways.
