Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Willcox Unified School District for the Education and Technology Consortium program administration in the amount of $40,000.
Background:
Our ITV Consortium provides ITV services to all of our county high schools. We wish to retain the services of Doug Miller who is an employee of Willcox Unified School District. We will pay $40,000 for salary and benefits for his time working with our schools. The money for this reimbursement will be paid from our 276 and 278 budgets which are meant to support our school projects. This type of IGA has been approved twice before by the BOS.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
We will obtain signatures from WUSD.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
We will have no way to pay Doug Miller for his services.
