Approve the purchase of courtroom audio upgrades from ExhibitOne Corporation in the amount of $67,774.01 for the Cochise County Superior Court.
Background:
A FY 13/14 decision package was approved in the amount of $70,000 for the purchase of a sound enhancement system for the five divisions of Superior Court. A proposal was received from ExhibitOne Corporation for the purchase and installation of Courtroom Audio Upgrades in the amount of $$67,774.01. The proposal was in accordance with a Request for Proposals solicitation, #09026-RFP, done by Maricopa Superior Court. A contract was awarded to ExhibitOne which can be used by other government agencies.
The Court Administrator has reviewed and accepted the proposal from ExhibitOne and is satisfied that it will meet or exceed their requirements as defined in the decision package.
