Approve a person/location transfer liquor license application for a series #6 (bar) liquor license submitted by Mr. Wendell H. Gilbert III for Pizzeria Mimosa located at 4755 E. Neapolitan Way, Hereford, 85615.
Background:
Mr. Wendell H. Gilbert III has applied for a series #6 person/location transfer liquor license for Pizzeria Mimosa located at 4755 E. Neapolitan Way, Hereford, 85615. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division noted that the applicant, Wendell H. Gilbert III, is working with the Environmental Health Specialists in Sierra Vista to ensure compliance with the Cochise County Sanitary Code, Arizona Food Code, Prop 201 and all necessary requirements prior to opening the facility. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Wendell Gilbert has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
