Approve a request from Joe Schneider - Sonora Verde Estates, for a waiver of submittal fees totalling $500 for an extension of an Assurance Agreement for the Sonora Verde Estates Subdivision, Phase III.
Background:
Mr. Joe Schneider, developer of the Sonora Verde Estates Subdivision, is requesting a waiver of the $500.00 submittal fee for the renewal of the Assurance Agreement for Phase III of the Sonora Verde Estates Subdivision located northeast of Benson. The current Assurance Agreement will expire on May 27. Mr. Schneider is requesting the fee waiver for the reasons described in the email attached to this agenda item.

If the fee waiver is approved, the Department will process the extension request without fees.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Applicant will be required to pay the $500.00 prior to the Assurance Agreement extension request being processed.
