Adopt Resolution 14-11 to appoint Heather Lentz as the Administrator to the San Simon Fire District.
Background:
Currently the San Simon Fire District has only one Board member and as such does not have a quorum. An Administrator needs to be appointed until such time as other Board members can be appointed and/or an election is held.

The elections Department will notify Fire District of approval.

If not approved the Fire District will be out of compliance with state statute.
