Approve an agreement with the Bisbee Vogue Inc. (formerly known as Save Our Stairs) for the Bisbee Stair Climb to be held on October 18, 2014 in the City of Bisbee.
Background:
Bisbe Vogue Inc., (formerly Save Our Stairs) is sponsoring the annual Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Because parts of the event takes place on County property, specifically, the Superior Courthouse steps, lawn area, and the parking lot between the Administration Building and Courthouse, an agreement has been established to specify Bisbee Vogue Inc.'s responsibility and obligations, including insurance requirements, pertaining to the use of County property. Insurance certificate is included.
