Ratify Proclamation declaring May 3, 2011 as Law Day, Cochise County.
Background:
Law Day took place on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 and the Law Day Proclamation (attached) was read at the Ceremony. However, the White House did not release the Proclamation until April 29th and therefore the Proclamation has not yet been officially approved by the Board. We are requesting that you ratify the Proclamation today.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide one signed original Proclamation to Court Administration; file the other signed original.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Proclamation read at Tuesday's ceremony will not be approved.
