Approve appointments of Justices of the Peace Bruce Staggs and Adam Ambrose to serve as juvenile hearing officers, authorized under A.R.S. 8-323 effective January 1, 2015.
Background:
Standard practice. All current serving Justices of the Peace have been appointed by the Presiding Judge upon taking office.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Court Administration will write up an Administrative Order and the Presiding Judge will appoint and sign order.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Justices of the Peace will be unable to hear the cases attached to these clients.
