Uphold or amend the Assessor's decision in the Taxpayer Notice of Claim for Wise Dog SV LLC, parcel number 107-16-082.
Background:
Mr. Nicholas Ruiz, Paradigm Tax Group, filed a Notice of Claim on behalf of Wise Dog SV LLC. Terry Anderson, Chief Appraiser, concluded that there was no basis for the Notice of Claim as an objectively verifiable error was not committed as defined in ARS-16251. Mr. Ruiz disagreed and filed this Notice of Claim for a hearing by the Board of Supervisors sitting as the County Board of Equalization.

The BOE must hear the appeal within 30 days of receiving the appeal. This is the only regularly scheduled meeting that fits the time frame.
