Approve an interim permit and new liquor license application for a series #10 (beer and wine store) liquor license submitted by Mr. Roger K. Burtons for Giant Store #645, 5620 S. Hwy 92, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
Mr. Roger K. Burton applied for a series #10 (beer & wine store) liquor license for the Giant Store #645 located at 5620 S. Hwy 92, Hereford, AZ 85615.
The Planning & Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendation. The Health Department will notify the applicant that he will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business and the Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Burton has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
