Approve Memorandum of Agreement between Cochise County Sheriff's Office and Sundance Fire and Rescue for tone out service for calls for service for Sundance Fire with no fiscal impact for this service, effective for one year with four automatic annual renewals.
Background:
There is no history with this agreement. Sundance Fire and Rescue is a new volunteer fire department to the area of Benson.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Cochise County Sheriff's Office will begin toning out Sundance Fire and Rescue for calls for service.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, Sundance Fire and Rescue will have to request another agency to perform these services.
