Agenda Item Text:
Approve the Administrative Office of the Court's Interstate Compact grant in the amount of $2,127, for the period of July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015.
Background:
Historically, the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) does not award our department funds to operate the Interstate Compact Program. This year, the AOC has awarded end of year operating funds to our department.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If approved, the funds will be used for operating expenses.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Funding will be reverted to the AOC at the end of the fiscal year.

Please send one copy of the Cochise County Grant Approval form back to our department. The AOC does not require a signature from the BOS on budget modification form.
