Approve a new sampling privileges liquor license application for a series #9S license submitted by Ms. Judith Lee Leiker for Mustang Mall, LLC, located at 13116 S. Highway 191, Pearce, AZ 85625
Background:
Ms. Judith Lee Leiker has applied for a series 9S Sampling privileges liquor license for Mustang Mall, LLC, located at 13116 S. Highway 191, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division has no concerns with the issuance of the liquor license. The Health Department is currently working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property.
The $100.00 processing fee is not required per statute. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
