Approve Save Our Stairs Agreement for 2011 between the County of Cochise and Save Our Stairs, Inc. for the Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb Event to be held on October 15, 2011

Background:

Save Our Stairs, Inc. of Bisbee is sponsoring the annual Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb on Saturday, October 15, 2011. Because parts of the event take place on County property, specifically the Courthouse steps, plaza, lawn area, and the parking lot between the Administration Building and the Courthouse, an agreement has been drawn up to specify Save Our Stairs, Inc.'s responsibilities and obligations, including insurance, pertaining to this use of this property. Insurance certificate included.
