Approve the renewal Crime Victim Assistance Grant No. VC-12-019, in the amount of $14,400 between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Cochise County Attorney's Office, for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

Adopt Resolution 11-35 to approve the following changes to the Solid Waste tipping fees - Weighed Load Rate: Increase of $1 per ton, for a final rate of $51 per ton; Weighed Load Rate: decrease of $15 per ton, for a final rate of $35 per ton for system member cities when transporting loads to the Western Regional Landfill; Un-Weighed Load Rate: Increase $1 per bag, $1 per car/van/SUV, $1 per pick-up load, for a final rate of $2 per bag, $4 per car/van/SUV, $7 per pick-up load; Appliance/White Good Fee: $5 per item decreased to $0.
