Approve license agreement between Cochise County and the City of Bisbee for use of space in the Melody Lane Complex in the amount of $4,200 on a monthly basis until the City can move to a permanent location.
Background:
In October 2017 the City of Bisbee suffered a devastating fire that destroyed City Hall. Due to the destruction and loss caused by the fire the City was forced to temporarily relocate and this license agreement to for the County to grant the City the use of space at the County's Melody Lane Complex for a monthly fee.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send Agreement to the City of Bisbee to be approved by their council.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The City and County will not have an official agreement in place and the County will not be paid for space usage by the City.
